Co-hosted by UNSW Law & Justice and Monash Law. You are invited to attend the launch of the Contract Law Academic Network (CLAN) and its Inaugural Contract Law Roundtable. The Hon. Michael Kirby AC CMG will deliver an address to launch CLAN and the Roundtable. There will be two sessions on research and teaching followed by a panel discussion with three eminent contract law scholars, Professors Katy Barnett, Luke Nottage and Jeannie Paterson, who will engage with the theme of “Contract Law: Opportunities and Challenges in a Time of Change”.
