Asian Law Schools Association (ALSA) Public Law Conference 2027 will be held on 26-27 February 2027 at the O.P. Jindal Global University campus in Sonipat, Haryana, India. Jindal Global Law School and the Centre for Asian Legal Studies at the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore are co-hosting the conference. The event seeks to bring together legal scholars, practitioners, experts, and students to discuss public law in Asia. The theme is ‘Constitutionalism in Asia’, and papers may also explore Asian constitutional law and constitutionalism more broadly. Submission guidelines request names, affiliations and contact details of presenters and co-presenters, a short biography of no more than 150 words, the paper title, and an abstract of no more than 300 words. The submission deadline is 15 September 2026 (2359H Singapore Time, GMT +8). Participants will be notified by 15 October 2026, and a working paper of at least 5,000 words is due on 15 January 2027. There is no conference fee; food and accommodation will be provided, while attendees cover their own travel and other expenses.
